We will apply any Security Deposit and credits to the Final Bill. 4-6 weeks after the Final Bill is generated, you will receive a refund cheque to the forwarding address provided. Because of this delay, please be sure to provide a Forwarding Address that is different from the Service Address. Please note that electronic refunds are not available at this time.
